Your 100-night trial begins the day your mattress is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll have it picked up and issue a refund. We ask all customers to spend at least 21 nights on their mattress before starting a return or exchange so their bodies have enough time to adjust to Purple's unique feel + support.

In the rare case there’s a defect with your mattress, the Purple Mattress Limited Warranty ensures a replacement for up to 10 years, starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only if the purchaser uses the product for personal consumer use.

If you’ve tested your new mattress for 21 days and you’re within the 100-night trial period, reach out to our Care Team at to schedule pick up. Upon sending proof of receipt issued at pick-up, we will initiate a refund that may take up to 10 days to turnaround from financial institutions.
