Store FAQs
Yes, all of our Purple showrooms allow you to place orders in-store with help from a Sleep Genius. Some locations carry inventory for same-day pickup, but availability can vary, please call your local store to confirm.
Yes, online promotions and bundles qualify for in-store purchases where supplies are available.
We do not offer online purchases for in-store pick up at this time, however a Sleep Genius can help you place an order during your visit. Some stores may have the product you're looking for in stock, so we encourage you to call your local store if you're looking for more information about a specific product.
Our return + exchange policy in-store is the same as our online policy. We're here for deeper sleep, not buyer's remorse, so we offer a 100-night trial period on mattresses and 30-nights for pillows + bedding. This trial period begins when your products are delivered, and you have the duration of the trial to determine if your product is the perfect fit.
If you decide it isn't, contact your store, and our team will initiate the return process. Additional terms apply.
