Store FAQs
Yes! Purple products are available for in-store purchase at Mattress Firm retail locations. To find a store near you that carries Purple, visit the Purple store locator or MattressFirm.com.
To ensure you're getting the correct offer, we recommend visiting MattressFirm.com or speaking with a Sleep Expert at your local Mattress Firm to confirm specific promotion qualifications.
Mattress Firm does not currently offer in-store pickup for online purchases. Most online orders are shipped directly to your home or scheduled for in-home delivery, depending on the product and location. Some locations may carry the product you’re looking for, so we recommend visiting or contacting your local Mattress Firm store to check in-stock availability.
Policies can vary by product and location. For full details on warranty and exchange qualifications, you can visit Mattress Firm’s official return and warranty page: Mattress Firm Return and Exchange Policy
Purple has partnered with Mattress Firm to develop the Restore Cool Touch Mattress, which is carried exclusively by Mattress Firm. It shares the same core construction as the Restore Mattress, with a 3 inch GelFlex Grid® layer + responsive support coils designed to dissipate heat and relieve pressure.
However, it features an enhanced Cool Touch Cover designed with cool-to-the-touch fibers that offer refreshing comfort as soon as you lie down.
